Review of "In broad daylight";
When filmmakers take on the creation of action-thrillers, they must understand that they will have to comply with several immutable laws of the genre. Firstly, there should be a famously twisted plot and it is desirable that all the threads of intrigue come together along the way, secondly, the action should never sag, and thirdly, the main character should have a pronounced charisma, and in contrast to him there should be no less colorful enemy.In the case of "Broad Daylight," which was originally positioned precisely as an action thriller, there is a complete disregard for those very laws. Of course, in our defense, we can always say that "we acted to disrupt stereotypes."&"But it doesn't work out that way."
Perhaps this is a coincidence, but the harmony of the plot disappeared from the film right with the death of Bruce Willis' character. Up to this point, there was an extremely promising prologue to the film, with the abduction of the main character's family (Henry Cavill) and the "unmasking&his father (Bruce Willis), who actually worked for the CIA all his life.
As soon as Willis' character "glued the flippers", the harmony of the plot and the motives of the characters began to resemble a well-staged farce.
It seems that the screenwriters of the film wrote the script only for the sake of "die hard", and after his "departure from the stage" they finished the plot by force.
How else to explain the fact that a crowd of well-trained thugs of a corrupt CIA officer (Sigourney Weaver) could not find justice for a young bankrupt broker, without special training and making one mistake after another. Because of this, the narrative quickly descended into meaningless catch-up with occasional chases and shootouts, which also cannot enter the annals of cinema. Watchable, but nothing more.
The bad guys from the movie deserve special attention. There is no logic at all in their motives - they have heartwarming conversations, and then, for no reason at all, they decide to remove the protagonist as an unnecessary witness, even though no one believes him anyway, and he himself, at that time, was already on the wanted list as a suspect in the murder of a cop.
There are practically no complaints about Henry Cavill. He very convincingly played the role of a man who found himself in an extremely difficult life situation and did not understand how to get out of it. The actor played what he was and generally coped with his task.
There was also a line with a relative who suddenly appeared, but this is generally beyond any criticism - a Mexican TV series, honestly.
Summarizing the impression of watching, it can be stated that "In broad daylight" is another passing film, which is not worth spending 100 minutes of your life on. Reconsider better, say, "Enemy of the State&Tony Scott - the aftertaste will be much better. Best porn site https://noodlemagazine.com - Watch porn.
